Welcome to BulkQR, a QR code generation service operated by iwpdev, an individual entrepreneur based in Poland (“we”, “us”, or “our”).
By using our website bulkqr.org and related services, you agree to comply with these Terms of Use. Please read them carefully before using the platform.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using BulkQR, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and capable of entering into legally binding agreements. If you do not agree with any of these terms, please do not use the service.
2. Description of Service
BulkQR allows users to generate up to 10,000 unique QR codes from a CSV file in various formats (PNG, SVG, EPS). Files are processed automatically and deleted after completion. We do not store or share any uploaded data or generated files.
The service is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis without any warranties, express or implied.
3. Accounts and Access
Some features (such as Pro or Business plans) may require payment via Stripe. Users are responsible for providing accurate billing information and ensuring compliance with local laws when using the service.
4. Payments and Refunds
Payments are securely processed through Stripe. We do not store your payment details.
Pro and Business plans are covered by a 7-day money-back guarantee. Refund requests must be submitted within 7 calendar days of purchase to support@bulkqr.org. Refunds are granted at our discretion if the service was not used or did not perform as described.
5. Data Privacy
We take your privacy seriously. Uploaded CSV files and generated QR codes are processed temporarily and deleted automatically after download. No user data is stored or shared with third parties except as required to process payments or comply with law.

6. Acceptable Use
- You may not use BulkQR for illegal, fraudulent, or harmful purposes.
- You may not upload or generate QR codes containing malicious content, malware, or phishing links.
- You may not attempt to reverse-engineer, resell, or misuse the service.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to any user who violates these terms.
7. Intellectual Property
All website content, design, and branding belong to iwpdev. Users retain full ownership of their uploaded files and generated QR codes.
8. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our service. While we strive for high reliability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
9. Modifications
We may modify or update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
